97 ranger brake cable question

im trying to replace the brake cable to the left rear drum is there any way of separating the cable or do i have to replace the whole thing right up to inside the cab.

Well that part in the second pic is where you separate them. Spray some PB in there and then pull the part you want out towards the middle.


I don't know if you can get just that though.
 
Yeah. Get the Raybestos one. It increases horsepower and improves vehicle appearance.
