97 3.0 question

i have a question i did a motor swap. my question is on the back off the motor between the 2 heads on the 3.0 was a thing for plug in idk where the wire is for the plug. here is a picture. idk if the plug is in the wire harness or where it is thanks. also would like to know the correct name for this part

question do these cam synchro sensor come in three prong to?

did you find the plug? Where was it hiding?

well the wiring harness had the three prong set up so i had to replace the entire thing
