97 2.3 turbo swap need help


Is your idle's 12:1 fuel trim based on computer calculation or O2 sensor feed back, so an actual Oxygen level in exhaust?

Im just starting to mess with SCT again but i believe it was suggested to force closed loop. Made the change and it didn't make a difference. Ive paid two different guys to tune it as well as making my own changes.

Im afraid of washing out cylinders. Even days after an oil change, fuel can be smelled in the oil.
