Depends on what you want to use. Body parts are identical. Most others are as well except emission systems, dash, if they are the same model (short bed, extended cab) etc......

yep all transferrable and will fit nicely. If you are lucky enough to get parts that are the same color you won't even know that they were replaced 
I believe you will have to drill out all the spot welds for the header panel tho, and that will take some time.
