96 Ranger bumper that works with warn winch?

Building my first offraod ranger and need a few tips, i want to install a warn winch, can anyone lead me in the right direction for a bumper that would work with the warn winch, 96 ranger xlt. My combined funds for winch and bumper is $1000-$1200

Do you weld? That budget may be a bit low for both bumper and winch. But it can probably be done. Shop Craigslist and be patient. You might find both there. Or get the bumper on Craigslist and buy your winch on sale at Harbor Freight. Otherwise, a Craigslist welder, a pile of steel and the HF winch can all be bought under that budget.

*any* bumper that fits your truck will work with a Warn Winch if you can use a sawzall and a welder

thank you for your help, I found a bumper through the ranger station build guides for $550 and was thinking on getting a smittybilt 9500 lb winch for $300, any thoughts on these parts?
