I put a 5.0 out of a 96 Explorer 5.0, non PATS in a 2000 4.0 V6 Ranger. The wiring harness from cowl to distribution box, Starter, and headlights to A/C is from a 3.0. the tuck will crank but not turn on fuel pump. The PCM is a 2000 Explorer 5.0 PATS deleted. The relay is good, the slot in the Distribution box is hot'
The Fuel Tank 8 plug, with key on, Using 8 + 1 = .20v, 8+2 = .0v, 8+3 = .20v, 8+5 = 12.29v, 8+7 = .01v. Any Suggestions
