96 Explorer 2wd lowering

I recently got myself a very clean explorer 2door 2wd 4.0 5spd and am wondering what would be involve in lowering it.
I plan on doing a 5.0 swap into it over next summer, and would like to know what parts I would need. this gives me a little time to find the parts needed.

it has the torsion bar front end same as the 4wd explorers, not sure when the rangers changed to this but my coworker's 2007 Ranger looks identical.

also wondering if the single rear leaf in my explorer will handle the twisting of the 5.0 GT40 engine.
and yes I am staying with a 5spd trans.

You can use a set of re-indexed torsion keys on the front such as theses https://www.illusivefabrications.co...d=437&osCsid=eb05bdcd1351ce211aff83e3853358d5

in the rear you just need a set of lowering blocks. As for the torque qustion, I'm not sure on that. You could also always look into a 4 link with coil over setup.
