I bought a a/c manifold assembly to replace the original part because the port valve fell inside the port canister and could not be retrieved. I order the part from rockauto and made a
request to return the item. But before I return the item I would like to find out if the assembly
hose can be changed? The a/c manifold fits perfectly with one exception, the hose from the
compressor to the drier bends at both sides. It looks like the hose is too long and to wide.
The bend in hose creates restrictions in the system. If yes, it would save me a lot of money,
I purchased the part for 49.95 and shipping for 86 dollars, which will be the amount to ship
it back. This is reason why, if not then I would have no other choice but to send it back.
