96 4x4 automatic into my 95 4x4

I have a 95 ranger 4x4 with a 4.0 and the auto transmission had gone out. I found one at a junk yard but when I went to get it was gone so they gave me a number to another yard they did not have a 95 but said a 96 would work. It bolts up fine but my wiring harness will not work. Any help or suggestions is appreciated, thanks.

figured it out, but now

Changed the neutral safety switch out. I bought a replacement trans from a scrap yard and did not notice the little tube the dipstick tube goes into is missing.
Anyone know what that is called so I can get a new one

Trans Oil Fill tube by the way. Now anyone know how to put it in
