96 2.3l hesitation? Almost stalls!

Update.

After cleaning the maf and iac I drove it to the gas station and got $20 in fresh gas.
Not sure if its that or me driving it some but that initial hesitation seems to have gotten much better.

But a new problems arised-when the truck sits and gets "cold" when I start it up and start to initially drive-it acts like its running out of gas and comes very close to stalling but hasn't yet.
After it warms up a little it seems to go away.

Any help with this fellas??

Might bring it out to an exhaust shop and get a stock exhaust on it (hate how loud this cut off exhaust is)
Then I need to figure out what the clunk is in my rear end.
Can hear it while driving and also when I changed my back tire-tightening the lug nuts rocked it forward and it makes a clunk.
Thinking it has something to do with the axle flip the previous owner did

Still having issues with this thing running like its running out of fuel when it's first started in the morning.

Also now my speedometer sometimes quits working and then will all of a sudden work again (still reading 5-10mph too fast)
Would a need vss fix this?

I'd spend the $20 on orings and carb cleaner to clean your injectors.

Some tips:
+++Bring a tooth brush, the injector rail is probably rusty inside+++

You can rig up the wiring with a 9v battery and some test leads, it takes very little power to cycle the injectors. Don't hold them open-I've been told that's bad for them.

When reinstalling the orings a little vaseline is your friend

My 4cyl had a similar issue, injector #4 was partially clogged. Wasn't as bad as you're describing, but it helps.

FYI-when the timing belt breaks you're OK-these are non-interference engines. But it's much cheaper to change it preemptively than to get towed and not have a car.
