Is there any strength differences between a 95 OHV bottom end and a 98 OHV?

Im building a very mild boosted 4.0, and I have both a 98 and 95 short block to start with.

Did some digging and found this.

I remember reading it a while back, but couldn't find it earlier.lol

So I think Ill run the 98 short block, 95 heads (big exhaust ports) and the 422 cam. With a little boost added to mix it should hold its own.
