My heater blower blows on defrost 100% of the time, it won't switch to the floor or panel, anyone have this issue before?

check vacuum lines to blend door.

You probably cracked a line or blew a seal in the vac motor. Drop the glove box down and check the lines. If they all look ok, go buy a cheap hand pump and suck some vac against the motor.
