Same issue
Ok guys, I have a 94 ranger with the 2.3l. No clogged cat, just fixed hole I. Exhaust system. I did out bigger tires on but I went from a 14" rim to a ford 15" rim. Don't think that should make a difference. But I have little to no power up hill. Thought it was the F.P.R. But that is at 35psi IOEO. Please help. I've yet to find answers as to why there is no power anymore.
