My credo
Deengineer until it is how Blue Oval should have sold it!!
Hello,

I have an 94 Explorer D35 complete (Hub to Hub), I desire to incorporate the new style dual piston calipers.

My question is, can I use the spindle, caliper bracket and caliper from a 2 wheel drive Ranger or Explorer or will I need to use parts from a 95+ 4x4 D35?

( I have some terminology issues, I call the assemble that the brake caliper/bracket mount onto a spindle, some are referring to this as a knuckle)

Read The Sticky

Hello,
I continued to read and reread the sticky until I could understand the answer to my question; my question was answered in the sticky, cool. I did not mean to waste the time of others.
