94 with dana 30 warn hubs off 1st gen?

94 with dana 28 warn hubs off 1st gen?

i was at the local pick and pull today and i seen a 1st gen ranger with warn manual hubs that turned freely and clicked in and out of lock and unlock. well i have a 94 with the dana 28 front rear so those hubs should work on my truck correct?

A Dana 30 never came in a ranger, they are the front commonly found in Jeeps.

The 1st gen rangers will have a dana 28, and your 3rd gen will have a Dana 35. The hubs from a first gen will not fit a second or third gen.

yea i had dana 30 stuck in my head for some reason. sorry bout that. some later rangers 93-94 did come with the 28 in the front hidden behind the 35 externals....

Yes, but it would still use d35 hubs as it is just the inner shafts and carrier that are d28.
