Weird problem, sometimes (very random), I will try to start it and get the endless cranking. When I push in the schroeder valve on the fuel rail, dry as a bone. I have recently replaced the fuel pump and filter and removed a hacked in stereo/alarm system install and figured that would do it. I also replaced the TPS and got rid of a little off-the-line hesitation but no joy on the no start (no fuel) issue. No codes are displayed, but I cycled through the test mode to be sure.

Most days, I can start it up just fine and it drives good (as long as I don't shut if off and roll the dice ;)

Right now, I am considering another new fuel pump and another new fuel filter, but wanted to see if anyone in the community has any other ideas first.

Thanks, Al

Electrical gremlins. Check your wiring for chafing and make sure all connectors are clean and tight. I once had a no start that ended up being my own stupidity. I had taped all connectors under the hood to keep them together, the clips were broken off, and one connector wasn't....connected.
