When we took the box off we noticed the brakes lines needed to be replaced then we found that the leaf springs on both sides had cracks in them

P1030190.JPG

painted the frame and ordered new leaf spring hangers and shackles off ebay
and i was at a local swap meet and found 1 of the best deals and something i really wanted for the truck and dident really have money to buy new full belltech lowering kit 2" drop front coils 3"drop I-beams and 5.5" drop flip kit and the guy had new leaf springs which i got every thing including front spindles brakes and radius arms for $400 so sand blasted and painted every thing and installed

so we decided to remove the cab and engine and paint the rest of the frame

the old burt out 3.0L bascily a giant paper weight the plan was to look for a 2.3L to install in the truck
