pics of my build
The truck after i got it and pulled the interor out
Guted innteror
The 1st up grade of many 17"x9" SVT COBRA R replica rims made buy eagle alloys with a burt out set of dunlop tires
The rims after repairs sand blasting and new paint and a new set a Pirelli p zero nero P235/55 ZR 17 tires
Box off and the floor in side of the cab was sand blasted to remove surface rust and rear window removed
the floor in side the cab was primed and painted
Fenders removed and rust sand blasted off and primed and ready to paint the door seams and rad support
Rad suport and door seams painted in 1970's dodge sublime green the color that sticks to u after a while
When we took the box off we noticed the brakes lines needed to be replaced then we found that the leaf springs on both sides had cracks in them
painted the frame and ordered new leaf spring hangers and shackles off ebay
and i was at a local swap meet and found 1 of the best deals and something i really wanted for the truck and dident really have money to buy new full belltech lowering kit 2" drop front coils 3"drop I-beams and 5.5" drop flip kit and the guy had new leaf springs which i got every thing including front spindles brakes and radius arms for $400 so sand blasted and painted every thing and installed
more pics of suspension
truck with lowering kit installed and started to look at engine which ended up to be a brunt out 3.0L V-6 with 5 speed manual transmission which showed alot of wear play in crank, timing chain wore right out and clutch gone
so we decided to remove the cab and engine and paint the rest of the frame
the old burt out 3.0L bascily a giant paper weight the plan was to look for a 2.3L to install in the truck
Bascialy painted every part of the frame while looking for a cheap engine
decided to go after the russt on the bottom of the cab
because of the snow we get in canada in the winter and the size of or cabnet sandblaster would not fit the cab we made a little sand blasting tent
bottom of the cab after sand blasting primer and 5 coats of rust paint
painted the engine bay
