94 Ranger manual 4x4 4.0 cranks but wont start

Having some serious issues. This is what it does. Just cranks and cranks will not start. Have changed battery, ground wire from battery to starter, had starter tested (good), eec relay, fuel pump relay, icm changed, coil, plugs and wires all have been changed. I am running outa options also plugs do not have any spark when turning over. Help!!!!!

Welcome to TRS...

This is the 4 banger forum...meaning 2.3 and 2.0...there is a section for the 4.0 if you need specific information...although no start is similar with any engine...

If you don't have spark that could be the problem...since you need crank, fuel, air and spark to start an engine...maybe the coil pack went south...you can test them with a good ohm/volt meter...
