Hello folks, first post. Pulled the codes on my ranger and got A 332(egr) and a 335(egr sensor). I replace the sensor and tubes with the hope that it MIGHT take care of the 332 code. CEL went off for three or four days. Done deal right? Nope, CEL back on again but this time only with the 335 code (feedback signal out of range). Dsconnected the battery overnight and without starting it got the 335 code again. Any ideas would be appreciated.

ill fitting hose? did it have a new feed hose? loose exhaust as well can cause issues...removed cat etc.

Hmmm. I see you point with a loose exhaust, haven't messed with the exhoust since I had it, have to check on that one. I did put new hoses on, good fit too. The old sensor was completly clogged. Thought I nailed this one.

It may also be a plugged hard tube or orifice (If its a 2-tube DPFE system).

You got yourself off to a good start though. Ford basically says that if you get an EGR sensor code, replace the sensor before even trying to diag the problem.
