First of all, this site has been very helpful in doing my V8 swap. I have a 94 ranger and swapped a 97 explorer 5.0 in. I have got it running and everything works with the exception of the a/c. I had to use the explorer hvac box and evap coil. My problem is the a/c lines will not connect to the condenser. I thought about using the explorer condenser but it is to large and will not fit. Any ideas how to overcome this obstacle would be greatly appreciated.

Bring down the explorer line. With the appropriate ranger end you need. And have a place make a new line. Most shops are very reasonable with what they charge to make a line.

Thanks for the quick response. Will a hydraulic hose shop make an a/c line or do I need to look elsewhere?

Not sure where you're at. But In my area. Hydraulic shops make all kinds off different hoses. Not a problem getting an ac like made. Call a few shops around by you and ask if they'll make you a line if you bring in a template or an idea of what you need.
