Welcome Visitor! Please take a few seconds and Hello, I am new to the site and hoping to get some help with the 4wd issue on my truck.
First off its a 94 4.0 5 speed with push button 4wd and lockout hubs. When I turn the key to start the truck the 4wd light on the dash and the buttons will come on for a second until it starats then will go out. When I push the buttons for 4wd nothing happens, no click or anything. I have checked all fuses and they are good. I checked the 4wd module behind the driver jump seat in cab and when I press the white button nothing happens, I unplugged the 2 connectors on the side of it, turned the key to the on position and then pressed the white button and still got nothing. I then checked for power going to the module and I'm getting power. I disconnected the module and opened it up to see if anything was burnt and it all looks good. Does it sound like the module is bad or is there anything else I should do? Any and all help is appreciated. Thanks
