94 mazda transfer case bearing???

new guy looking for advice... i have a 94 b3000 with a manual t-case. ive noticed a pretty good vibration in 4wd when i speed up and slow down coming from up front. i got under her today and noticed a little up/down movement in the front driveshaft at the t-case. could it be the front output bearing making the noise??? if so, can it be changed without pulling the t-case out of the truck??? thanks in advance for any help!!!

front u-joints on the shaft most likely the case... replace. also check the axle u-joints while you are at it.

i dont know that it matters but if i lock the hubs and drive without pulling it into 4x4, it doesn't make the noise, but as soon a i pull it into 4x4 i get the noise, and it gets louder when under load...
