That said it also sounds like you have another issue. Vacuum leak, bad IAC, problem with the TPS, you’re gonna need to run some checks

I think I might be dumb as shit I just realized i used the thicker style gasket for the upper intake instead of the thin one, I had it from my ranger that might be my leak

That shouldn't matter as long as it's the same shape. I'm using a slightly thicker MLS head gasket to reduce compression and knock when using 87 octane.
