Alright, So I've been getting hassled to put up a build thread on the site so I dug through a bunch of cameras, files etc.. and found a decent amount of pics from the work I got done at my buds bodyshop including the paint process. However, it is incomplete.. This was the initial paint job and not the whole job itself. Pics of the tailgate handle relocator kit bodywork and paint are missing as well as some of the other mods I have done, however there will be more to come I'm sure. Its all a matter of time to sift throught the files and time is something I dont have much of these days.. Anyways hope you like what you see and let me know if you have any ideas for me.. thx Ck.

Exhaust Work done at local shop.. with some crazy bends!

MORE TO COME SOON!!

Going to make it a low rider? I would. Drop it like 3 inches, some nice rims, street lights, etc... then it will be even better.

Like the Cadillac lights. Great work.

already got the rims and tires, and did the relocator kit, and finished my exhust, and etc.. lol The intro says this is just a lil bit of the pics I could find. More to come and soon. check out my newest shots of the truck in the "show off" section.
http://www.therangerstation.com/forums/showthread.php?t=55279

My old man taught me how to do body work but most of the work was done by my buddy Mike from Ground Zero Automotive here in Southern Ontario.. and for a damn good price I might add, and I helped as much as I could..

Still a bit more work to be done (engine, tranny, rear end, interior) but who's truck is ever finished right?

Your going to be putting your to the ground, mine mabey up higher in the air after my SAS.

more work done and can be viewed in the other thread I have going..

Finally got some more important peices for the engine swap..went with a edelbrock 7121 intake and holley 4160 carb figured this would be a decent set-up for a lil more power but nothing too extreme.. oh and rear end is completely done, all new brakes and hardware put on, just waiting for a day to take it to buds shop to switch it over.. engine will be torn down next week ish.. thats all for now!

So I finally got around to putting all my picutres from this winter up on photobucket and here, of some of the work I got around to doing.. Heres a start to finish of how far i got.

And ya I know I only did half lol, but it was the half that needed the most attention..No room around the yard to put the cab on a stand or the time to put dash and etc.. back together. I figure when I pull the old engine for the swap it will be easy enough to strip the front and continue from where I left off.

Ok so engine is still sittin in the shop in pieces, waiting for me to get my ass off the couch and land a decent job so I can start pouring the money into it again haha. Truck is back in running condition however, and so I started workin on the interior a bit before the swap begins. Here's a little work I did on the old and rusted cab floor and the new vinyl matting should be here soon to finish it off. I used Dupli-Colour truck liner coating to make a DIY line-x'd cab floor before putting the stock flooring back in. Next is to find a bucket seat for the drivers side and get everything re-upholstered then worry about the dash and new gauges. More pics to come ASAP!

Wow, looks great. I would've shaved the door handles though. They stick out now that the rear is shaved.
Is the bed seriously that long?

Thanks! ya i figured the back half will probably calf on me with the power and I definitly dont want any wheel hop to happen back there so I thought the extra metal and bars would help..

Lookin for about 250-300hp tops out of the old engine. Doin a complete re-build before its in with a little bore and some performance stuff, heads, intake carb etc.. so nothing too spectacular.

And ya the handles and 3rd brake light are goin after all the engine work is done.. It needs a few other touch ups in the paint dept. as well so I figure its best to get rid of anything that looks out of place while im at it.

The 7ft box is a monster! I love ith though, ppl cant criticize me for havin a small truck, she's def a long box haha.
