I have a 94 B4000 extended cab, had to change the center support bearing on the drive shaft and now I have a dull vibration above 45 mph. i had to remove the yoke toget the center support bearing off and did not mark its location oand it;s location to the other drive shaft. Is this my problem and how can I fix this?
Thanks

Drive shaft vibration

This happened to me, I simply seperated the drive shaft, turned it 180 degrees and the vibration was gone.

See the following customer technical service bulletin

NOTE : IF DRIVESHAFT AND COUPLING SHAFT ARE REMOVED, MAKE SURE THE YOKE IS REINSTALLED ON THE COUPLING SHAFT IN THE SAME ORIENTATION AS IT WAS ORIGINALLY INSTALLED. THE ORIENTATION IS CRITICAL SO THAT PROPER DRIVESHAFT BALANCE AND UNIVERSAL JOINT PHASING IS MAINTAINED. TORQUE THE ATTACHING NUT TO 136-163 N.m (100-120 LB-FT).
