Bottom line if a cop want's to mess with you he is gonna mess with you.i allways try and stay as polite, respectfull, and calm as i can till the cuff's come out. then i try and run as fast and far as i can j/k
i dont drive it on the road much ... as far as the polit calm cuff's run. that was more of a generalization... if i cop write's me he's prolly got a good reasone or he wouldnt have done it... the truck might have seen 400-500 mile's of pavement this summer.
Haha I know right!?! for being Oregon we dont really have rules on trucks, theirs a dude with a powerstroke with like 20 inches of lift and 40's and to my knowledge he dosnt get hasseled
plan's for this winter are to swap in the waggy dana 44 using the rusty's arms and ballistic axle link bracket's. plannin on 5.13 gears spool up font and lunchbox in the rear. some U.S. wheel 16.5's with some military 37's. im hopin the 5.13's make wheelin bit more managable as i dont enjoy crawlin with the manual.
I thought this axle would do fine until i realized that since i made the truck more capable i have been taking it place's that i woulda never thought about going before. i wish i had picture's from this weekend but we were goin up rock ledges that i woulda never thougth about taking my truck thru. I ride this trail on dirtbike's all the time but never realized how steep some of the section's acctually are. i really want to wheel it again before snow fall's so hopefully i can get some pic's next time. It's not that this trail seemed impassable but i never woulda thought that 33's would make it. at that rate It's only a matter of time before something EXPLODES.
B.T.W. this is thru a national double A enduro section if that make's any sense as to how gnarly the terrain is back there.
ive only "Planned" to go wheelin like twice this summer but the oportunity showed it'self and I couldnt pass it up. This past weekend I was workin at a benefit dinner for a guy we race with. after it was over everyone started talkin bout goin wheelin so we went home got our truck's and met back up had a great time doin a lil night wheelin.
Acctually most of my wheelin is done at night. very seldom do we wheel when it's light out
