I'm in the middle of an install of the Skyjacker 6inch lift with radius arms on my 94.

I having fitment problems with the install of the new transmission/radius arm mount brackets and bar.

The bar seems to be shorter than the width of the frame, so I've got a gap of about half an inch between the brackets and the bar. Further, on the driver side, the holes in the bracket don't line up with the holes in the frame.

Searching the forums, I seem to be the only one with fitment problems of this type with this kit. Is just a one off problem with this particular set of hardware or have you guys seen these problems as well?

It is possible that they might have made it a little short. I know how minimal factory quality control procedures seem to be getting these days.

Has your truck ever been in an accident? The frame might have bent slightly.
