thanks mountainmike, 15" diameter and 8" width for the wheels. 3.78 gears im pretty sure lol, just got the truck and haven't really looked. How do I tell what gears I have?

If it's stock you will be able to decode the axle code in the door jam here:
http://www.therangerstation.com/tech_library/Axles.html

Also if that tag is unreadable there should be a little metal tag on one of the bolts on the axle cover. The above article explains what it looks like.
