93 Ranger Transmission cooler lines help needed

If your local parts store can't get them and your Ford dealer also can't get them, you're probably out of luck. Your choices are either junkyard or make your own. Your lines should be either 5/16s or 3/8. You can buy straight lengths of 5/16 and 3/8 brake line at a parts store. Just bend them yourself and join them together with the appropriate unions.
