Im about to set this truck on fire. I bought it a few years ago to drop a cummins 4bt in but sold the cummins. It sat except for driving around the yard occasionally. I got in it yesterday and passenger rear drum was locked up. i DESTROYED THE DRUM WITH A BIG HAMMER TRYING TO KNOCK IT OFF. I cant believe how cheap that drum was. It was like glass. Anyway the whole set up was rusted so I replaced the cylinder and springs and put a new drum on. It moves now but it gets sizzling hot after driving about 8 miles. The whole set up tend to seat itself toward the front of the truck instead of centering on the backplate. I dont understand whats causing that. I got the star wheel backed all the way off. The back plate is bent up a little but I dont think that would cause this. Im at a loss here. Id like to set it on fire but I dont want waste the gas.

seat foam is pretty flamable by its self. just saying. .....

being the the whole side was rusted did you check for blockage crud in the line? can you squezze the shoes to push back in the cylinder piston? or push the pedal down 4 or 5 times and crack the bleeeder, dose it still have pressure?
