93 ranger 3.0 misfireing after head gasket change

I have a 3.0 which I changed head gaskets on both sides...heads were surfaced..new plugs and wires...new water pump...I did not touch lifters and put pushrods and rocker arms back and torqued . I have good compression on all cylinders and no smoke out of tailpipe. On cranking up after repair I have no power and a knock sound through intake...I need help

whats your timing look like? did you pull the spout connector before you set the timing?

I found my problem..I did not get pushrod on #6 cylinder on lifter
