93 ranger 2.3l died, cranks but no start

Put her back together and she starts.....but missed the mark on the timing, she is super rough.

Off the the other posts to backtrack and reset the timing Mark's....

When I did my tbelt one of the marks didn't quite want to line up. If that's the case, use the tooth that brings the mark on the sprocket closest to the mark on the timing cover.
