I did a search and couldn't find any info.

93 Ranger 4x4 with manual locking front warn hubs (D35). I took them apart to clean and re-grease everything and they look really good except for the so called "thin washer" used to separate the copper engage cog with the splined gear. It's a ridiculously thin washer that no one sells and Warn doesn't sell individual parts.

Anyone, know where to find these or an alternative replacement? (preferably in Canada).

I've tried just about everything I can get my hands on that is the right diameter but everything is just a little too thick. This thing is as thin as an aluminum can but obviously made from steel. I wish warn would sell replacement parts. :(

What is the I.D. and O.D. you need? Maybe a pinion shim could work... they're available as thin as 0.003".
