93 ford ranger need ideas

hi i want to build my ranger, i want to make a wheeler out of it
i have a 93 for ranger 3.0 xlt standard cab 4x4 ifs axels and push button 4x4
i want to go manual t case and hubs
i would like to push 35 or hi 40's so i would need a straight axel(what is the best axel that i dont need to cut or there alway a ford 9inch)would i need a bigger motor or would i need to super charge my motor
been thing flat bed to with exo skeliton so upgrade the breaks but what would i need to do that
i have alot of info but i need to find out what i really need and maybe a good start to get me on the trails with no problems or breaking anything
