So i went down the whole list in the tech library on how to troubleshoot this system. It passed all the tests up through step 4. Then I got to the step where you test the 4,5,6 and 7 pins on the 8 pin plug at the 4x4 module and I got a pattern that doesnt match any of the motor positions listed.
I got 4: short
5: open
6: open
7: open
I'm guessing my problem has something to do with this... should i pull out the motor and clean it? I have another motor that i know for sure is good, would i have to do anything before putting it on, or can i just slap it on and plug it in?
