93 Explorer 4x4 abs kicks and then brakes lock under normal brakeing

I pull up to a stop light 35mph ease on the brakes and i feel the abs pulsation in the peddle then all four brakes lock up. What i would like to do, being this is the beater/beast is do away with all the abs totally and just have regular brakes. what would be the easiest way to go about if?:annoyed:
