93-97 Splash lower valence

[Slow98ranger]

So I am new here and I believe I am posting this in the correct spot. I have a 1998 single cab shortbed 2wd ranger. My question is, has anybody done or seen a 93-97 splash lower valence on a 98 and up bumper and line up and bolt up?

Different generation. I think the valance hook-up changed in 97 -- won't fit.
