No not all heads have them, they are useless really. I have eliminated them on mine. Take a 3/8" 16tpi tap, and tap the holes most of the way in, but not completely through, you need a place for the threads to tighten up. Get a 3/8 bolt and cut it off or find a 3/8 set screw if you can. and run them in untill they are tight.

I do the EGR delete on everything, i just deal with the constant CEL.
