I'm wondering what I can do to get a little more power out of her. I have a 5.4 Triton motor was going to swap into it but that's too much work. And I would like to find valve covers but can't find any

Use the search button. Unless you are willing to dump a bunch of money into your engine you won't see a lot of HP or TQ gain.
