lost all power to the fuel pump and eec relays, no power at coilpack, fuel pump will turn on if jumped ascross relay at 30 and 87. need help fast

Might be a blown fuse, relay or a corroded wire. Definitely sounds electrical to me.

fuses are all good. anyone know what the fuse box hot and ground wire colors are?
