ok all quick question I asked this earlier but I wanted to elaborate and didn't want to do it in someone elses thread.

ok I current have a 93 ranger with a 2.3 and 5spd without A/C so the question I am curious what it would take and yes I know some rewiring to put my 2.3L in a 93 B4000. now the reason for this is simply I am getting ready to transfer over the A/C from the B4000 to my ranger however the owner of the salvage yard said he would sell me the whole truck for the same price as the A/C system so first thought in my head is but the whole truck and drop my motor in it. just curios what I would be looking at besides swaping over the motor mounts and engine harness.

Thanks,
Yonu

Along with what you said already, you will need to swap trans, exhaust, rad, fuel lines(or refit for 2.3l), power steering lines "may" be an issue??

ok thanks hadn't even thought about the radiator I had planed on the trans as I knew the automatic wouldn't bolt to the 2.3. Would the exhaust not simply be a matter if detaching from the exhaust manifold and reattaching?
Thanks,
Yonu

Exhaust; v-6 has two sides, the inline 4 has one.

got ya didn't event think about the whole dual exhaust part guess I am just gonna do an A/C transplant then.

Thanks,
Yonu
