93 2.3 obd2 swap

I am wanting to convert my 93 2.3 to obd2. I am currently building the motor up and having obd2 would seem Alot nicer for tuning as I am putting down 450 bhp projected. Can anyone help me on my way. If you think keeping obd1 is better plz let me know. I can post a full list of engine mods if they are needed
