Hello!

I have a vaccum leak on the front pivot point of my throttle body assembly. I've read you ahead. To replace the whole intake manifold since it's integrated. Is that true? If not any ideas how to seal up that leak?

Any help would massively appreciated!

Thanks!

I figured it out. If you rotate the throttle body like your pressing the gas you can pull the butterfly valve out after you remove the screws then pull the assembly off and change the two orings that are on the shaft.

Chris White: Did this solve your vacuum leak? I have a load of smoke that pours out the throttle body when I do a smoke test. Sounds like it's at the same point as you said. New ones seem pretty steep...

What size O-rings did you use?

Thanks! Russ
