92 Ranger

I have a 92 Ranger 2.3. and 92 Ranger 3.0. Both have 5 spds. I read that both trucks has mazda trans. The trans is locked up on the 2.3 went i bought it. Can i remove the gears out of the 3.0 trans and put into the 2.3 trans.

Where ya live? I'm in CA and have a tranny from a 92 2.3 i'll give ya pretty cheap.

Thanks .But i got a trans yesterday. going to clean it up. Put a clutch in it. And see how it runs. Truck,Trans,and Clutch. Grand total is $1000. I Think i got a good project.
