92 ranger transfercase question

I have a 92 ranger with a 4.0. My forward clutch messed up on the a4ld, so I replaced it with an m50d from a 93 explorer. I installed the computer from the explorer. The 4x4 high works fine but the 4x4 low does not engage it just fashes the 4x4 low light both on the dash and the selector switch. Any ideas what it might be. I have tried to get it to engage with it in gear and out clutch and brake both pushed in.

It's looking for the signal that tells the 4x4 controller the transmission is in Neutral.

There is a wire that needs to be jumpered that went to the old P-R-N-D-2-1 switch.

Circuit #463 Red wire/Wht stripe needs to be grounded.
