92 ranger dana 35 front. issue

Its been awhile since I've felt with the Dana 35. Got both side torn down and can't get axle shafts to slide out do I need to pull third. Member and if so there's a Vila bolt that looks like it hold. Third member in or hinges on it. Don't want to pull if I don't have to

Thanks. Wasn't sure figured I ask before it dropped it and had to put new fluid and seal in

I think there's a shim in there so it can't open. When i tore mine sown it was pretty nasty so it didn't come out until i drove the bolt out. The bolt looked like it was just an open pivot but it does hold it on. So to do what you need, pull the bolt from the get-go.

And do a cclip eliminator... iirc the seals are inside and require a teardown to replace. Otherwise replace them...
