I am about to try a front brake job on my '92 Ranger. Does anyone know what size of a socket I will need to remove my hub nut to get to the bearings? I don't have a specs book. Thanks very much for any help you can give!

you wont need a big socket. it is held in there with a cotter pin and will turn easily once that pin is removed. and adjustable wrench is suffifient to reach in there and grab it with the tips of the wrench.

If you REALLY want the size it's 1-1/16" and I only know because I like using an inch/lb torque wrench to properly preload the bearings.
