Welcome to TRS :)

Do 50/50 test
Spray gasoline or Ether(quick start) into the intake and then try to start engine

If it starts and dies then you have a fuel flow issue
If it doesn't start then you have a Spark or Compression issue
50/50

Crank sensor is behind the timing belt cover in a 1992 2.3l Lima engine so unlikely you disturbed it
But its wires run out from behind the back cover and connect to the ICM(spark module) that is located on the front of the lower intake, near where you were working

Timing belts on these engines can break, it doesn't hurt the engine but it, of course, would not start up after that.
You can usually see the cam gear behind the cover at the top of engine, make sure it is turning when engine is cranking over, if not............broken timing belt
