i have a 92 explorer that i believe the blower resister is bad in due to no speeds other than high, i have read a few posts on these on rangers, are the explorers in the same location on the heater box or behind the headlight area? on this model. any help would be appreciated. thanks, Wally

correction::::: i meant to say in title, blower resister, not resister blower, my bad and sorry

Its in the air box. Sticks right out of it, awful hard to miss.

1992 4.0L Rangers and 1992 Exploders can't be distinguished from under the hood. The resistor block is in EXACTLY the same place, immediately on the driver's side of the blower motor.

thanks guys, i will look this weekend for it.

by the way, this is an awesome site.
