92 door release cable

My 92 has a broken door release cable, are these still available from ford? It broke at the inside handle end, have a pair of vise-grips on it for now, not sure why it broke, no luck getting a cable through the local autozone, dont think a junkyard part would be a good idea here.

check I think its LMN trucks. they have a lot of obsolete parts available.

Is it the wire or the hook on the handle that's broken?

When I got my 92 I put the doors on my 88 and found the hardware does not match (reversed) and had to replace the outer handle. I was able to order that from a parts store...if you try LMC they can probably order the parts for you...
